MF8 Starminx Version III Stickerless Magic Cube

This is an amazing puzzle with a drawback. The drawback is that it does catch quite a lot, which can be very frustrating when doing algorithms (not to mention set-up moves) on an already very difficult puzzle as is. I sanded down the pointy ends of the corners a bit, which did help to some extent, though it still catches quite a bit. Nevertheless, the puzzle is very beautiful and the concept is amazing, and thus I'd still recommend this puzzle, whether you're a collector or a serious solver. Bear in mind that this puzzle is extremely difficult! I've solved it once thus far and it took me probably a combined 6-7 hours to do it. I've solved other puzzles such as the Sun Cube, 4x4 Ghost Cube, Son-Mum Cube, Curvy Copter III, etc., and even though they are all very difficult, each in its own way, I would still consider them easier than This puzzle. Lastly, this website specifies that this is a Starminx III, whereas it's more commonly known as Vergo's Pentagram.

this puzzle is seriously amazing, it looks like a megaminx but turns on the corners instead of the faces so it's very challenging and I still have yet to solve it, the pieces are sharp though and the turning isn't that great but the concept is so cool that I don't regret this puzzle at all, in fact I highly recommend it for a new fun challenge

Out of the box it is terrible, maybe after some lubing and tensioning it will be useable. For a collection it is ok.
